Need 4 CEUs?  Join us at the Sarasota County Extension on Tuesday, January 24 for our program entitled, Horticulture Update.

 

Jo Hanson, former environmental engineer for Monsanto Corp., will discuss Pesticide Labeling and Pest Management and Bob Mertens, Horticulture Program Specialist with the Sarasota County Extension, will present a program entitled Insects and Diseases of Landscape Palms.

 

Attendees will receive a total of 4 CEUs:  2 CEUs for Core, and 2 CEUs in one of the following categories:  Private Applicator, Ornamental and Turf, Limited Lawn and Ornamental, Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance, or Commercial Lawn and Ornamental.

 

Time:  7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Cost:  $25.00 and includes continental breakfast.

Location:  Sarasota County Extension, 6700 Clark Rd., Twin Lakes Park, Sarasota, 34241
